Welcome to Roots Student Ministry! We're glad you are here and invite you to take a look around at all the activities and programs we offer. All youth 6th thru 12th grade are welcome! It's a safe place for fun and fellowship, but also a place to build a foundation of faith and learn to serve others. We encourage students to bring a friend!
Let your ROOTS grow down into him, and let your lives be built on him. Then your faith will grow strong in the truth you were taught, and you will overflow with thankfulness. Colossians 2:7
Roots Sunday Morning
We meet in the youth rooms upstairs at 11am for our Roots Sunday Morning sessions. This is a time for students to come together to worship, pray, and study God's word. This is where the students can grow deep in their faith!
We encourage you to start your morning in our 9:30 Family worship service, then stop by our Fellowship Hall before our Roots Sunday Morning session for light snacks provided by our Hospitality Ministry before heading upstairs at 11am. It's a great way to meet the rest of our church family!
Wednesday Night Youth Group
We meet every Wednesday night from 7-8:30pm for fun and fellowship. Join us for a night of Christian fellowship that includes Games, snacks, and a great spirit filled lesson. This is where the students can make lasting friendships and have good old-fashioned fun among our Christian youth.
Missions
Youth will have many opportunities to serve others through local missions and service projects within our own community and church. And when travel allows, the youth will venture further away to areas with a greater need than ours.
Confirmation
We offer an annual spring Confirmation program for 8th thru 12th grade designed to learn about the Bible, God, Jesus, the holy spirit, and much more. It's a time to explore and build your personal relationship with God
Student Leadership
Become part of the student leadership team and learn about servant leadership and how to be a leader that holds the heart of Jesus.
