Welcome! RSLP is a FREE program designed to grow and develop youth leaders in the Roots Youth Ministry. I'm glad you're here!
Is RSLP for you?
Are you an incoming 6th-12th grade student?
Are you ready to learn what it really means to trust God, follow Jesus, and live a life worthy of your God-given calling?
Do you want to learn about how to be a Christian among your friends, at school, and around family?
If you said Yes to these Qs, then RSLP is for you!!
Each week we will have: teachings, discussions, break times (bring your own snack + outdoor free time), identity-in-Christ development, group activities, prayer, and a weekly challenge to complete before next week’s RSLP gathering.
Starts Sunday, June 28th
8 weeks long
Ends Sunday, August 16th with a brief awards ceremony afterwards
Materials we ask RSLP youth to bring:
Their own personal Bible. This is to be a physical book to hold, read, and highlight verses in. NOTE: If youth does not have a personal Bible yet, please contact me (Brittney) so I can put one in their hands.
A portable outdoor chair.
A pen/pencil and a highlighter.
A small snack to eat during break time (these are not to be shared).
You will be notified if you have been accepted into RSLP 2020.
